This booking will include.... > Single One Door Oven Clean > One Room Carpet Clean plus one of the following window cleans > Internal Window Clean > External Window Clean > Internal & External Window Clean Select Window Clean option at checkout >>> For full booking details please read the Cancellation Policy at the bottom of the page If you're able to move as much as possible off the floors and out the rooms that would be helpful. Sofas, furniture etc can be moved around during the clean if the rooms are big enough. Large items don't need to be moved for cleaning as carpets under these tend to be like new. Method we use.... If the room is big enough I will bonnet-Buff the carpet with a rotary machine to agitate the carpet. This will effectively release soil and encapsulate. Bonnet Buff is a low VOC formula concentrate with anti-soil properties for effective spray cleaning of carpets in conjunction with rotary carpet bonnet pads. I have a smaller carpet cleaner similar to a Rug Doctor machine. This along with the above method will leave a clean, dry and residue free carpet. Carpets can dry within a few hours. Steps, Pre Hoover, Treat and Remove stains where possible, Clean Carpets / Bonnet Buff and Extract Dirt and Part Dry. Cancellation Policy
Pick an available slot that suits your schedule. Once you confirm your booking you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details. Our system will also send a reminder the day before your booking. We might have to contact you for additional information regarding your booking. All jobs are subject to viewing first, this will be done at the time of your booking. Solway Cleaning Services may not be able to uphold their part of your booking depending on the outcome after viewing the job. For external jobs no one has to be at the property at the time of the booking. Make sure access around the property is possible and there are no items in the way of the work area. Please be mindful of the weather conditions when booking external work. If the weather becomes an issue we will have to rearrange your booking. Prices quoted on this website may differ after viewing the job. All prices are based on similar work we have conducted. For bookings out with Dumfries, 15 plus miles or less than £60 value might incur a small travel charge. Please email first if this is the case. If you have prepaid this charge will be payable before your booking date. Payment options are Debit / Credit Card or PayPal. If you need to cancel your booking, we ask that this is done no later than 2 hours before your booking time. To reschedule your booking please email us or use the online booking system.
