Mark conducted himself conscientiously and professionally throughout and did a great job of clearing away what was required and willingly gaining access to parts of the roof that were not easily accessible. ​I got in touch with this firm and requested a quote. They came very promptly to see what I required and inspected the job. They were very professional in their handling of my requirements and showed me their brochure of the work which they undertake. When I accepted the price given they gave me a date when they would be able to carry out the work. 
They arrived on the agreed day and carried out the work to a very high standard. They left the surrounding area clean and replaced any plant pots or other obstacles which needed to be moved for the ladders to be used. I was very satisfied with the whole process.I have nothing more to add to th comments above. Very professional firm
