Cancellation Policy

Pick an available time slot that suits your schedule. Once you confirm your booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all your booking details. Our system will also send you a reminder the day before your appointment. We may contact you if we need additional information regarding your booking. All jobs are subject to viewing, which will be carried out at the time of your appointment. Solway Cleaning Services may not be able to proceed with the booking depending on the outcome of the inspection. For external jobs, no one needs to be at the property during the appointment. Please ensure there is clear access around the property and that the work area is free of obstacles. Be mindful of weather conditions when booking external work, if weather becomes an issue, we will need to reschedule your appointment. Prices quoted on our website may change after viewing the job. All prices are based on similar work previously carried out. For bookings outside Dumfries, jobs 15+ miles away or under £60 in value may incur a small travel charge. If this applies, please email us beforehand. If you have prepaid, this charge must be paid before your booking date. Payment options include debit/credit card or PayPal. If you need to cancel your booking, please do so at least 2 hours before your appointment. To reschedule, please email us or use the online booking system. Solway Cleaning Services reserves the right to cancel any booking if necessary.
