Service Description

Say goodbye to the grease and grime with Solway Cleaning’s oven and cooker cleaning service. I will deep clean your ovens, removing all traces of baked-on food, grease, and grime. You’ll be amazed at how sparkling clean your ovens look and smell once I'm done. Don’t struggle with the scrubbing, let me do the job for you. All oven cleans are done by hand using domestic cleaning products. Oven / Cooker Cleaning Select your cooker type at checkout. Clean Time: 1.5 – 2.5 hours What’s Included: Oven Cavity Cleaned The interior cavity is thoroughly cleaned. In most cases, I clean around the heating element where accessible. Note: I do not remove electric oven elements to clean behind them. Fan-Assisted Cookers Where possible, the fan cover is removed and cleaned. The fan itself is not removed. Oven Doors Doors are removed where possible, and glass panels are taken apart for a deep clean. Oven Racks All oven racks are removed and cleaned thoroughly. Oven Tray Only trays that originally come with the cooker are cleaned. Reassembly All cleaned parts are reassembled and returned to their original positions. Please Note: This service does not include cleaning of the cooker hob or fan extractor. If you would like this added, please let me know before your booking date. Things to Do Before Your Appointment Email Photos If possible, please email me two photos of your oven: One with the door closed One with the door open Clear Sink Area Please ensure the area around your kitchen sink is as clear as possible. Cancellation Policy

Pick an available time slot that suits your schedule. Once you confirm your booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all your booking details. Our system will also send you a reminder the day before your appointment. We may contact you if we need additional information regarding your booking. All jobs are subject to viewing, which will be carried out at the time of your appointment. Solway Cleaning Services may not be able to proceed with the booking depending on the outcome of the inspection. For external jobs, no one needs to be at the property during the appointment. Please ensure there is clear access around the property and that the work area is free of obstacles. Be mindful of weather conditions when booking external work, if weather becomes an issue, we will need to reschedule your appointment. Prices quoted on our website may change after viewing the job. All prices are based on similar work previously carried out. For bookings outside Dumfries, jobs 15+ miles away or under £60 in value may incur a small travel charge. If this applies, please email us beforehand. If you have prepaid, this charge must be paid before your booking date. Payment options include debit/credit card or PayPal. If you need to cancel your booking, please do so at least 2 hours before your appointment. To reschedule, please email us or use the online booking system. Solway Cleaning Services reserves the right to cancel any booking if necessary.
